Abstract:V diplomskem delu sem obravnavala segment ocenjevanja delovne uspešnosti in nagrajevanja v Slovenski vojski. Najprej sem na kratko predstavila delovanje in strukturo Slovenske vojske, nato pa sem teoretično opredelila osnovne pojme ocenjevanja delovne uspešnosti, nagrajevanja in napredovanja. V drugem delu diplomskega dela sem podrobneje predstavila potek rednega letnega pogovora, ki je temelj za ocenjevanje delovne uspešnosti v Slovenski vojski, službeno oceno in na koncu možnosti napredovanja in nagrajevanja v Slovenski vojski. Na koncu diplomskega dela sem opisala še metode in tehnike ocenjevanja delovne uspešnosti ter možne vzroke napak pri samem ocenjevanju.

Language:EnglishAbstract:In my diploma paper, I discussed the segment of evaluating worker's performance and rewarding in the Slovenian Armed Forces. First, I made a brief presentation of the functioning and the structure of the Slovenian Armed Forces. Afterwards, I theoretically defined the basic terms regarding evaluation of worker%s performance, rewarding and promotion. In the second part of the paper, I made a detailed description of how a regular yearly interview is carried out. This interview represents the basis for the evaluation of worker%s performance in the Slovenian Armed Forces, the overall evaluation mark, as well as the possibility of promotion and rewarding in the Slovenian Armed Forces. In the end, I described the methods and techniques used in the assessment of worker%s performance and possible reasons for assessment inaccuracies.
