Abstract:	V zaključni nalogi je bila predstavljeno vrednotenje dejavnikov okolja z metodo vojaške sistemske analize. Za načrtovanje delovanja je zelo pomembna celovita obravnava operativnega okolja, različnih okoljskih in družbenih dejavnikov in akterjev. S poznavanjem in uporabo vojaške sistemske analize dejavnikov okolja se ustrezno in ovrednoti ključne akterje v izbranem operativnem okolju. Dodana vrednost naloge je predstavitev modela vojaške sistemske analize uporabnikom. To velja za načrtovalce na operativnem nivoju, še posebej pa bo uporabna za pripadnike obveščevalne skupnosti na vseh nivojih.
