Abstract:Pogodbena rezerva danes predstavlja približno 1700 pripadnikov, (18.3%), ki se usposabljajo v različnih enotah Slovenske vojske za delovanje tako doma kot v tujini. Z usposobljenimi pripadniki pogodbene rezerve se poveča dejanska zmogljivost enot, ravno tako lahko zagotovimo v spremenjenih varnostnih razmerah tudi kadrovsko vzdržljivost enot. Začetne operativne zmožnosti enot pomenijo popolnjene formacije in delovna mesta s pripadniki, ki imajo ustrezno znanje in ga bodo za končne zmogljivosti enot nadgradili z uspešno zaključenimi temeljnimi, dopolnilnimi, dodatnimi in specialističnimi usposabljanji. Ob sorazmerno majhni pogodbeni rezervi in omejenem številu vojaško usposobljenega prebivalstva pa ohranja Republika Slovenija tudi možnost ponovne uvedbe vseh sestavin vojaške dolžnosti.

Abstract:Contracted reserve now represents about 1700 members who are trained in different units for the operation of the Slovenian Armed Forces both at home and abroad. The contract reserve officers trained to increase the effective capacity of the units may also be modified to ensure the security situation and personnel endurance units. Initial operational capability means manned units and formations jobs with people who have knowledge and will to end capabilities with upgraded units successfully completed basic, supplementary, additional and specialized training. Despite the relatively small contract and reserve a limited number of trained military population while preserving the Republic of Slovenia is also the possibility of reintroducing all the components of military service.
