Title:Toksično vodenje v vojaški organizaciji : diplomsko delo višješolskega študijskega programa

Abstract:Temelj delovanja vojaške organizacije je voditelj, ki je sposoben uravnati kompetence iz strokovno taktičnih področij z osnovnimi elementi voditeljstva in na ta način doseči cilj - zmago enote v boju. Obravnavano področje v diplomskem delu se navezuje na predmet Vojaško voditeljstvo in menedžment z osrednjim poudarkom na odstopanjih od pravilnega načina vodenja. Vodenje v tesni povezavi z motivacijo je nepogrešljiv dejavnik za doseganje končnega cilja. Vodenje lahko razumemo tudi kot vplivanje na podrejene, cilj vplivanja pa mora biti tak, da podrejeni osmislijo svoj prispevek k doseganju cilja v obliki vrednot. Predmet proučevanja pričujočega diplomskega dela je pojav, ki ga stroka poimenuje z nazivom toksično vodenje. Gre za način vodenja, ki je škodljiv za organizacijo, saj uničuje organizacijske strukture in odnose med sodelavci. Pogosto, zlasti v pogovornem jeziku, strokovnjaki voditelja, ki prakticira takšen način vodenja, poimenujejo tudi %mali Hitler% ali %voditelj iz pekla%. Gre za neprimerne oblike vodenja, ki v organizaciji ustvarjajo klimo strahu in negotovosti. Omenjen pojav je z različnimi metodami in ukrepi možno vsaj zajeziti ali celo preprečiti hujše posledice. Pomembno vlogo pri tem ima zdravo voditeljstvo, prepoznavanje toksičnih vzorcev pri posameznikih, učenje iz izkušenj, ustrezno reagiranje na pojav in splošna ozaveščenost v organizaciji.

Title:The impact of human factors on the operations of military commanders through history
Abstract:The foundation of operational military organization is military leader, capable to balance tactical competences with basic fundamentals of leadership, and consequently achieve objective - unit's victory in combat. Treated area in diploma is related to subject Military leadership and management, emphasising deviations from good leadership. Leadership in close correlation with motivation are indispensable factors to achieve objective. Leadership can also be understood as influencing on subordinates with purpose that subordinates find sense in their contribution at achieving objective in form of values. Subject of present research is phenomenon, named by experts % toxic leadership. This style of leadership is self-destructive and harms organization, because it destroys organizational structures and professional relationships. Experts frequently, particularly in common language, name the leader who conducts this style of leadership, %little Hitler% or %leader from hell%. This phenomenon is inappropriate and creates atmosphere of fear and insecurity. Different methods and measures can be taken in order to at least limit or even prevent worse consequences. An important preventive role has good leadership, identifying individuals with toxic patterns, lessons learned, appropriate reaction when phenomenon occurs and general awareness in organization.
