Abstract:Nenehno spreminjajoče se družbene razmere v sodobnih globalizacijskih tokovih,izrazito hiter razvoj znanosti in s tem povezan razvoj novih oblik dela in tehnologij, zahtevajo nenehne spremembe in prilagajanja celotne družbe. Tem procesom nenehno sledi tudi Slovenska vojska. V zaključni nalogi je zajeto raziskovanje možnosti centralizacije in racionalizacije kadrovske funkcije v Slovenski vojski s podporo informacijskega sistema. S pomočjo analiz in metod proučevanja je ugotovljeno, da se dobršen del nalog kadrovske funkcije lahko centralizira in izvaja na najvišjem nivoju Slovenske vojske, na strateškem nivju, da se lahko uspešno uporablja kadrovsko podatkovno skladišče z uporabo kadrovsko informacijskega sistema. S tem se razbremeni najnižje organizacijske nivoje Slovenske vojske in zagotovi več časa za namensko delo - izvajanje bistvenih nalog, ki izhajajo iz poslanstva enote.

Language:EnglishAbstract:Constantly changing social conditions and globalization with extremely fast development of science and technologies require constant change and adaptation to society as a whole. This process is followed also by the Slovenian Armed Forces. In thesis we covered the possibility to centralize the HR function in the Slovenian Army with IT support. Through analysis techniques have been found that a good part of the tasks could be centralized and perform at the highest level of the Slovenian Armed Forces - the strategic level. For this purpose it can be successfully used data warehouse. With this perform we relieves the lowest organizational levels of the Slovenian Armed Forces and left more time dedicated to work - carrying out essential tasks arising out of the unit mission.Keywords:human resusurce management, personel informatic system, data warehose, management, process, informatics, centralization of human resources information system support
