Title:	Vojaška obveščevalna podpora na taktični ravni (BBSK) : zaključna naloga

Abstract:	Lahka bataljonska skupina (LBBSK) je zmogljivost, v kateri se združujejo in integrirajo vse bojne funkcije. Na taktični ravni so obveščevalni podatki prirejeni glede na cilje operacije in glede na specifične zahteve uporabnika. Na taktični ravni obveščevalni podatki podpirajo izvajanje bojevanja in delovanja. Taktični obveščevalni podatki so značilni po svoji časovni omejenosti njihove uporabnosti in po svoji lastnosti hitrega vpliva na rezultat bojne naloge taktičnega poveljnika. ISTAR (Intelligence, Surveillance, Target Acquisition and Reconnaissance) je okrajšava, ki se uporablja za opis Žsistema sistemovŽ v okviru katerega se združujejo podatki senzorjev v fazah zbiranja, usmerjanja in obdelave v obveščevalnem krogu ter procesa določanja ciljev. Koncept ISTAR zagotavlja informacije in obveščevalnepodatke za realizacijo poveljnikovih zahtev po ključnih informacijah (CCIR) in prednostnih obveščevalnih zahtev (POZ) ter poveljniku podaja osnovni oris delovanja ofenzivnih in udarnih elementov razporeda sovražnika. Pri zbiranju in analiziranju gradiva sem uporabljal dosegljive odprte vire in literaturo. Vse to pa mi je pomagalo k uresničitvi pričakovanj,ne glede nato, da so me pri predstavljanju podrobnosti omejevali dokumenti z določeno stopnjo tajnosti, ki pa niso vplivali na cilje in rezultate v nalogi.

Abstract:	Light battalion task force is a capability in which all battle functions are integrated. The levels of intelligence are tied to the objectives of the operation and not necessarily to specific echelons. At the tactical level, intelligence supports the execution of battles and engagements. Tactical intelligence is characterised by its limitation in time and its ability to immediately influence the outcome of the tactical commander mission. Intelligence, surveillance, target acquisition and reconnaissance (ISTAR), is the acronym used to describe the Žsystem of systemsŽ which integrates sensor output in the collection, direction and processing stages of the intelligence cycle and targeting process. It provides information and intelligence to meet the CCIR and PIR and cues maneuver and offensive strike assets. In collectingand analyzing the material I was using available open sources and literature. All this helped me to achieve the expectations, no matter if details of the documents are limited to the classification.
