Language:EnglishAbstract:The activities of the movement and transportation of persons and material resources from one place to another are defined in the doctrine of military logistics and involve movement planning, transport organization and the assurance of transport capacities. To control and organize transport movementsconvoys are planned. Convoys can be used for tactical movements of combat units, non-tactical movements of logistic units or movements of staff, supplies and equipment. Road movements are due to their characteristics the prevailing way of transport concerning maintenance and supply of units. In my final paper I focused on the administrative movements on the road or on non-tactical movements of units. The process of planning and organizing a convoy as to the set task does not change significantly since certain factors that appear in both cases need to be taken into consideration. Keywords:standard operative procedure, convoy, movement
