Title:Izvedba elektro nadgradenj v vozilih SV po MIL STD 1275 : zaključna naloga

Abstract:Vzdrževanje materialnih sredstev ima prav poseben pomen v sklopu logistične podpore Slovenske vojske. Zato si zasluži tudi primerno obravnavo v tej zaključni nalogi, ki sistematično opisuje teoretični sistem vzdrževanja, obenem pa se naslanja na konkretne primere iz prakse. V temu delu je opredeljen model nadgradnje, kot del vzdrževanja, tako na splošno kot v primeru. Na podlagi vojaškega standarda MIL-STD-1275 so v ta namen opisane elektro nadgradnje na vozilih Slovenske vojske, ki uporabljajo 28 V sistem napajanja. Glede na to, da so vse te modifikacije potratniki električne energije, želimo na tem mestu prikazati vpliv neprimernega vzdrževanja akumulatorjev na te nadgradnje. Poleg tega je tudi podrobno razložena tudi sama problematika vzdrževanja akumulatorjev. Na primeru vozila valuk so ponazorjeni vzroki, zaradi katerih prihaja do neustreznega vzdrževanja akumulatorjev. Na koncu pa podajamo tudi predlog za rešitev, in sicer v obliki priročne naprave, ki omogoča rešitev in je obenem uporabniku tudi v pomoč pri razumevanju problematike.

Abstract:Maintenance of material has a special meaning in the concept of logistic support for the Slovenian Armed Forces. Therefore it deserves an adequate consideration. In this task we proffer systematically description of the theoretical system on maintenance which we support with examples from practice. In this task we show a model of an upgrade as a part of maintenance system, both generally and in case. Electrical upgrades that use 28 V power supply are shown on the vehicles of Slovenian armed forces based on the military standard MIL-STD-1275. However, since all of these modifications consume power, our desire is to show the impact of improper maintenance of batteries for the upgrades. The problem of maintaining batteries is also explained in detail. In the case of a vehicle valuk we illustrate the cause that leads to inadequate maintenance of batteries. At the end we also propose a solution in the form of a handy device that would allow proper maintenance of batteries and help users to understand the problem.
