Title:Proces učenja iz izkušenj v pehotnem vodu in četi : zaključna naloga

Abstract:Učenje iz izkušenj je proces, kateri omogoča, da izkoristimo oziroma uporabimopridobljene izkušnje in dobre prakse pri izvajanju bodočih aktivnosti. Za uvedbo koncepta učenja iz izkušenj je potrebno skozi poudarjanje njegove pomembnosti, spremeniti organizacijsko kulturo, katera mora biti usmerjena v izboljšanje poslovnih procesov. V vojaških organizacijahučenje iz izkušenj omogoča doseganje želenih ciljev pri izvajanjuvojaških usposabljanj in nalog. Naučene lekcije morajo temeljiti na izkušnjah pridobljenih na podlagi negativnih izkustev ter izkušnjah pridobljenih na podlagi dobrih praks. Osnova za učinkovito opažanje ključnih dejavnikov je analiza po izvedenih aktivnostih. Analiza po izvedenih aktivnostmora biti izvedena takoj, ko se zazna potreba po izboljšanju določenih procesov dela oziroma aktivnosti. V prvi vrsti so za izvajanje analize po izvedenih aktivnostih in beleženje opažanj odgovorni neposredni poveljniki. V primeru zahtev po obsežnejši analizi se analiza izvede ob podpori skupine za analizo. Izsledki analize po izvedenih aktivnostih predstavljajo osnovo za izvedbo procesa učenja iz izkušenj. Opažanja je tako potrebno ustrezno evalvirati in jih vključiti v skupek znanj, katera bodo uporabna v izvajanju bodočih aktivnosti.

Abstract:Learning from experience is a process which enables us to use the gained experience at executing future tasks. To implement this concept, it is important to explain its importance and change the organizational culture which has to be focused into improving processes. In military organizations learning from experience enables completing set goals in executing military training and missions. Learnt experiences have to be based on experience gained on the grounds of negative and positive experience. The base for effective learning is an after action review after the completed task. The after action review has to be conducted right after. Commanders are responsible for conducting after action reviews. In case of demands upon more extensive after action review, it is conducted with an analysis team. The findings after the conducted activities represent the base for executing the process of learning from experience. The findings have to be evaluated right away and incorporated into the preexisting knowledge which is going to be usedin conducting future activities.
