Abstract:	Zaključna naloga zajema več poglavij in zajema naslednje vsebine: - opis jadranskega morja in njegovih značilnosti, - sedanje stanje na področju kontrole obalnega prometa in prometa plovil na odprtem morju, - sistemi oz. aplikacije za prikaz stanja prometa plovil in s tem izvajanje nadzora plovil -zmožnosti in vizije uporabe tehničnih sredstev v pomorskem operativnem centru Sama naloga je poskus prikaza želja zaposlenih v 430.MOD-POC, pri vzpostavitvi sistema za celovit nadzor stanja plovil na morju in uporabi različnih tehničnih rešitev pri doseganju končnega cilja, to pa je celovita kontrola prometa na morju ter ukrepanje v primeru nujne potrebe pri posredovanju in dajanju pomoči ponesrečencem na morju. Sama naloga prikazujetudi možno sodelovanje z organi, ki izvajajo nadzor prometa na morju in možnosti skupnega vlaganja v realizacijo postavitve tehničnega nadzora (radar-stacionarni in premični, video nadzor, termovizija na premičnem radarskem sistemu z možnostjo prenosa slike v pomorski operativni center, upravo za pomorstvo in policijo).

Abstract:

The final thesis includes several chapters and contains the following topics: -escription of the Adriatic Sea and its characteristics, -rrent state on the coastal traffic control area and vessel traffic in the open sea -systems and applications for displaying the status of vessel traffic and the implementation of vessel monitoring -abilities and visions of the use of technical resources in maritime operations center This final thesis is an attempt to display a desire 430.MOD-POC employees in establishing a system fora comprehensive condition monitoring of vessels at sea and use of differenttechnical solutions for achieving the ultimate goal, which is a comprehensive control traffic at sea, and to act in case of urgent need for intervention and assisting accident victims at sea. This final thesis is alsoshowing the possible involvement with the authorities carrying out surveillance in maritime and joint venture opportunities in the realization ofinstalling engineering controls (radar- stationary and mobile, video surveillance, thermovision in a mobile radar system with the possibility of transferring the image in maritime operations center, maritime administration and the Police).
