Abstract:Premik enote SVNKON KFOR je strateški premik, ki se načrtuje na strateškem nivoju. V nalogi je opisano načrtovanje, organizacija in premik kontingenta na OKO KFOR. Premik se izvaja lahko na več različnih načinov in z različnimi kombinacijami. Za organizacijo premika je bistvenega pomena pravočasno in natančno načrtovanje ter usklajevanje aktivnosti vseh sodelujočih subjektov. V organizacijo premikov je vpleteno več poveljstev in enot SV. Preteţni del opravita PP in 1. BR. Naloga PP je predvsem ta, da zagotavlja zbiranje in pakiranje sredstev ter poskrbi za pripravo dokumentacije. Naloge 1. BR pa so prevozi, zagotavljanje kontejnerjev, zagotavljanje moštva SKP ter sodelovanje pri pakiranju in označevanju opreme. Premiki morajo potekati po načrtu, vse aktivnosti pa morajo biti časovno usklajene. Časovna usklajenost je zelo pomembna predvsem na kritičnih točkah, kot so luke, pretovarjanje na železnico in mejni prehodi. Pri teh aktivnostih pomembno vlogo igrajo skupine za kontrolo premikov, ki premike tudi spremljajo. Skupine so zadolţene za urejanje dokumentacije na mejnih prehodih, za pomoč pri vkrcavanjih, formiranje kolon po izkrcanju, spremljanje in usmerjanje kolon ipd.

Abstract:Moving units SVNKON KFOR is a strategic move, which is planned at the strategic level. The orders described the design, organization and movement of the OKO KFOR contingent. The shift can be implemented in many different ways and with different combinations. The organization of movement is essential to timely and accurate planning and coordinating activities of all participating entities.The organization has involved more movement commands and units of the SAF. The bulk of PP and first performed BR. The task of this PP is primarily to ensure the collection and packaging assets and to arrange for the preparation of documentation. Tasks 1 BR are services, the provision of containers, providing the CAP team and participate in the packaging and labeling equipment.Movements should be carried out according to plan, all operations must be synchronized. Timing is very important especially at critical points such as port, rail and transhipment at border crossings. In these activities play an important role for the control of movements and movements monitored. Groups are responsible for editing documents at border crossings, to assist in boarding queues forming after unloading, monitoring and guidance, etc. columns.
