Abstract:	Bonton je zbir pravil lepega vedenja, ki so odvisna od okolja in samega dogodka kjer se nahajamo ali delujemo. V Slovenski vojski vojaški bonton imenujemo vojaško obnašanje. Njegovo dosledno izvajanje v kombinaciji s čustvenim izražanjem izraža oliko. Zaključna naloga preuči tako značilnosti in posebnosti vojaškega bontona in olike v Slovenski vojski. Teoretično preučipravne akte in ostale predpise, ki urejajo obnašanje pripadnikov Slovenske vojske. Omenjeno preučitev dopolnjujejo moja lastna videnja izvajanja vojaškega obnašanja v praksi. V nalogi je tudi predstavljena in s praktičnimi primeri podkrepljena neurejenosti oziroma nedorečenosti obravnavanega področja s strani pravnih aktov in predpisov. Raziskovalni del naloge omogoča izvedbo raziskave v teoretičnem delu obravnavanega področja. Z izvedeno anketo se ugotovi stopnja izvajanja vojaškega bontona in olike v enotah Slovenske vojske ter ustreznost in razumevanje obravnavanih pravnih aktov in predpisov. V tem delu naloge so kot pomoč pri izdelavi korektivnih ukrepov podani predlogi rešitev, ki temeljijo na procesu vodenja sprememb v organizaciji

Language:	English	Abstract:	Etiquette is a set of rules of good manners, which are dependent from the environment and the event itself where we are located or we operate. In the Slovenian Armed Forces we define military etiquette as military behavior. Its full implementation combined with emotional expression express manners. The work is to examine the characteristics and peculiarities of military etiquetteand manners in the Slovenian Army. It provides theoretical study of legal acts and other rules governing the behavior of members of the Slovenian Armed Forces. The work is combined with my own vision of execution of practical military behavior. The thesis is also presented and reinforced with practical examples of irregularity or incompleteness of the field from the instruments and provisions. Research part of the task allows the research in the theoretical part of the field. With a survey we determine the degree of implementation of military etiquette and manners in units of the Slovenian Armed Forces, and the relevance and understanding of the legal acts and regulations. In this part of the work are the proposals as assistance, for corrective action provided a solution based on a process of managing changes in the organization.
