Abstract:Pravila organizacije zahtevajo od Slovenske vojske, da ima opredeljene pojme razvoja (poslanstvo, vrednote in vizijo), ki se spreminjajo in dopolnjujejo glede na spremembe v globalnem družbenem okolju. Pravica in dolžnost posameznika izvira iz zahteve po pozitivnem razvoju organizacije. Vodje, poveljniki, so odgovorni, da zagotovijo racionalno strokovno rast posameznega pripadnika Slovenske vojske. Pri tem morajo upoštevati potrebno znanje, hierarhični razvoj svoje enote, izobraževalni sistem in vojaške vrednote. Pravica in dolžnost posameznika do izobraževanja izhaja iz skupinskega dela, kjer so ob znanju združujejo vojaške vrednote. Karierni razvoj posameznika zahteva odgovorno skrb za lasten strokovni razvoj.

Abstract:Rules of organization demand of Slovenian Army, that it has determined concepts of development (mission, values and vision), that they are changing and supplement considering change in global social environment. Person's rightand duty are being raised by positive organization's development. Leaders, who are commanders, are responsible for rationality and positive individual military member's professional growth under military knowledge, hierarchical development of their unit, educational system and military values. Right and duty of an individual towards education is derived by teamwork, where lose to knowledge unit of military value. Career development of a individual demands care for own professional development.
