Abstract:Nezaželena ravnanja so namerna nesprejemljiva ravnanja in so lahko verbalne, fizične in/ali čustvene narave nad posameznikom ali skupino. Pojavljajo se v vseh vrstah organizacij in na vseh ravneh, razvijajo pa se lahko zato, ker se jih tolerira. Nezaželena ravnanja povzročajo škodo posameznikom, organizacijam in celotni družbi v takšnih razsežnostih, da lahko govorimo že o tihi epidemiji. Kultura organizacije odseva kulturo okolja, kjer organizacija deluje. Tako kot na druge organizacije, tudi na SV vplivajo formalne in neformalne družbene vrednote širšega okolja, hkrati pa gradi svojo lastno organizacijsko kulturo, njene vrednote pa predstavljajo standarde za delovanje in vedenje njenih članov. S prenosom vrednot na člane, organizacija doseže, da bodo s svojim ravnanjem prispevali k uresničevanju ciljev družbe, vendar mora hkrati upoštevati tudi njihove potrebe in interese. Organizacijska klima je odsev kulture v določenem trenutku življenja organizacije, ki prispeva k zadovoljstvu njenih članov, uresničevanju ciljev organizacije ter vpliva na stopnjo pojavnosti nezaželenih ravnanj. Slovenska vojska ima formalno dobro urejene temelje za preprečevanje nezaželenih ravnanj. Le dejansko izvajanje sprejetega pa bo prispevalo k zmanjšanju nezaželenih ravnanj.

Abstract:Bullying is intentional unacceptable behaviour towards a group or an individual, which can be of verbal, physical and/or emotional nature. It occurs in all kinds of organizations and on all levels, developing mainly because it is tolerated. Bullying causes damage to individuals, organizations and the society as a whole to such an extent that it can be called a silent epidemic. The organizational culture reflects the culture of the environment in which the organization operates. Similarly as other organizations, the Slovenian Armed Forces are influenced by formal and informal social values of the broader area. At the same time, the Slovenian Armed Forces build their own organizational culture, in which their values represent the standard for the performance and conduct of their members. By transferring values on its members, the organization achieves that the members contribute to the realization of the society's goals through their conduct. Nevertheless, the company must at the same time take into account their needs and interests. The organizational climate is a reflection of the culture at a certain time of the organization's life. It contributes to the satisfaction of its members, the realization of the company's goals and influences the level of bullying occurrences. The Slovenian Armed Forces' formal basis for the prevention of bullying is well organized and the bullying will diminish only through actual implementation of the above mentioned.
