Izziv izgradnjeprve take zmogljivosti je pripadel 1. BRSV in 10.

Membership in the Alliance and the rapidly changing security environment requires a flexiblestructure and organization of the armed forces. Slovenia, for the purposes of national defense and for the participation in multinational operations and missions, decided to build modular units of the Slovenian ArmedForces, whose structure and organization could be varied depending on thenature of the mission. The challenge of building the first such capacity belonged to 1stBrigade and 10th Motorized Battalion. The biggest issue, which appeared in achieving this goal was the construction of adequate logistical unit, which will provide all logistical support in case of deployment. It was also challenge for Logistics on operational level, which should ensure sustainment of deployed unit and interoperability with NATO multinational logistics. We present the concept of logistic support in the Slovenian Armed Forces and NATO. We also introduce the current logistics structure and organization in Battalion Battle Group, the problems that appear and suggestions for improvement. Keywords:logistic concept, logistic support, battalion battle group
