Abstract:14. INŽB ima v svoji sestavi mnogo različnih vrst delovnih strojev, ki so namenjeni podpori bojnega delovanja SV. V to skupino spadajo tudi gradbeni stroji, katere uporabljajo predvsem za različna gradbena dela. Ta se opravljajo v različnih pogojih, tako pod ognjem kot tudi ne. Za poveljnike inženirskih enot je pomembno poznavanje delovnega učinka gradbenih strojev, zato je predstavitev metodologije izračuna norm delovnega učinka ključnega pomena in prinaša tako bataljonu kot poveljnikom osnovo za nadaljnje normiranje. Z uporabo v nalogi predstavljene metodologije pridemo do vmesnih zaključkov, ki bi lahko na koncu rezultirali kot praktične delovne norme gradbenih strojev 14. INŽB. Primerjava goseničnih in kolesnih inženirskih vozil podaja usmeritve in predloge za razmislek bodočega razvoja inženirskih enot SV. Tema je zanimiva z vidika zaščite upravljalca gradbenega stroja z uporabo oklepa, pri katerem pa je potrebna odločitev o načinu učinkovitejšega premika-gosenice ali kolesa. Za učinkovito rabo vojaških gradbenih strojev je predstavljena metodologija odlična podlaga, s pomočjo katere v največji meri izkoristimo gradbene stroje. Konec koncev se moramo zavedati vpliva različnih dejavnikov, ki vplivajo na upravljanje s stroji in so v delu predstavljeni.

Language:EnglishAbstract:The 14th Engineer Battalion is composed of many different kinds of mobile machinery designed for supporting combat activity of Slovenian Armed Forces. Construction machinery used for various building works also falls into this category. Construction works take place in diverse circumstances, possibly also under fire. It is important for the engineer commanders to be aware of the work effect of construction machinery, thus the presentation of the methodology of work effect norms is crucial and enables the basis for further standardization for the battalion as well as the commanders. Using the methodology presented in this paper, we acquire partial conclusions, which could finally result in practical work standards of the 14th Engineer Battalion's construction machinery. The comparison of tracked vehicles and wheeled engineer vehicles leads to directions and suggestions for the analysisof future development of engineer units of Slovenian Armed Forces. Thetopic is interesting from the viewpoint of protecting the operator of construction machinery with armour; however, a decision about a more efficientway of movement (track or wheels) needs to be made. The presented methodology is an excellent basis for the efficient use of army construction machinery, since we can employ it to make the best use of it. Finally, we mustbe aware of the impact of different factors affecting machinery operation, which are also described in this paper.Keywords:construction machinery, construction works, work effect, armour, 14th Engineer battalion
