Decisions are based on the available information, a crucial part of which is intelligence as a product of the intelligence community within the national security system. Comprehensive intelligence on the one hand, and normative, organizational-process, and personnel aspects, communication and information support, and education and training on the other, influence the optimization of intelligence activities and the effective responsiveness of the national security system.
