Abstract:Značilnosti sodobnih vojn vse bolj kažejo potrebo po novem pristopu k vojskovanju in vodenju vojaških operacij, ki bi zmanjšal število civilnih žrtev, stopnjo uničenja družbene infrastrukture in uporabo hibridnega delovanja.

Solutions are being sought in the development of the concept of multi-domain operations, which on the one hand heralds a transformation in the thinking and doctrine of the armed forces through the cooperation and interconnection of different domains, but on the other hand remains in a developmental phase due to the complexity of the domains, the technological abilities and the need for significant financial investments. Much recent effort has been invested in the capabilities and multiplier effects of multidomain and combined arms integration. The US, which is the furthest along in the development of the concept, estimates that it could only become operational after 2030. In this paper, we examine the challenges of the multi-domain operations concept in integrating combined arms unit and illustrate a possible structure of a multi-domain task force.Keywords:multi-domain operations, multi-domain capabilities, multi-domain task force, combined arms unit, combined arms
