Abstract:

Title:
Fakulteta vojaških ved
Abstract:
In the first part of the paper, the author describes the development of military education in the Slovenian Armed Forces on the basis of archival sources and literature, which has been newly shaped since its establishment in 1991, from the basic training of conscript soldiers to the highest forms of military education and scientific research in the field of military sciences. In the second part of the paper, the author presents a possible development of military education which, as in other allied countries, would be in the direction of integration into the Bologna system of education and research.
