Abstract:V svoji zaključni nalogi z naslovom Obvladovanje medsebojnih konfliktov v delovnem okolju - teorija in praksa smo s pomočjo opisa teoretičnega pojmovanja in raziskovalnega dela opredelili pojem konflikt na delovnem mestu, poiskali načine reševanja in obvladovanja konfliktov, ter raziskali njihove vplive na zaposlene in njihovo delo. V raziskovalnem delu smo predstavili pogoje za raziskavo, organizacijo, ki je sodelovala v raziskavi, prikaz in obravnavo rezultatov kvantitativne raziskave. V zaključku sledijo predlogi za izboljšanje komuniciranja v reševanju konfliktov v omenjeni organizaciji. Cilj naloge je bil predlagati konkretne rešitve, ki vodijo k zmanjšanju konfliktov na delovnem mestu in predlagati načine konstruktivne komunikacije za obvladovanje konfliktov, saj menimo, da konstruktivna komunikacija na delovnem mestu prispeva k obvladovanju konfliktov, učenje socialne kompetence obvladovanja konfliktov pa prispeva k boljšemu delovanju kolektiva.

Language:EnglishAbstract:In our final thesis entitled Management of mutual conflicts in the work environment - theory and practice, we used the description of theoretical concepts in research to define the concept of conflict in the workplace, find ways to manage conflicts, and explore their impact on employees in their work. In the research work, we presented the conditions for research, the organization that participated in the research, the presentation and discussion of results of quantitative research. The following are suggestions for improving communication in conflict solving in the aforementioned organization. The aim of the task was to propose concrete solutions that lead to the reduction of conflicts in the workplace and to suggest ways of constructive communication for conflict management, as we believe, that constructive communication in the workplace contributes to conflict management, and learning the social competence of conflict management contributes to the better functioning of the collective.Keywords:conflicts, organization, work environment, employees, interpersonal relationships, conflict management
