Abstract:Strateško varnostno okolje Republike Slovenije se vse hitreje spreminja. Nestabilnost, grožnje in tveganja, ki iz tega izhajajo predstavljajo glavni izziv globalne varnosti, s tem pa tudi varnosti Republike Slovenije. Pomen klasičnih vojaških groženj se sicer zmanjšuje, dolgoročno pa jih tudi ni mogoče povsem izključiti. Klasične vojaške oblike ogrožanja RS vse bolj nadomeščajo moderne oblike ogrožanja varnosti. Glavne značilnosti %modernih oblik% groženj so asimetričnost delovanja, kompleksnost, transnacionalni značaj, raznovrstnost in nedoločljivost struktur, vse večja stopnja organiziranosti nevarnih družbenih skupin ter njihova spretnost v uporabi sodobnih komunikacij. Odsek S-2 opravlja pomembne naloge, število teh pa se občutno poveča v procesu načrtovanja delovanj in operacijah kriznega odzivanja OKO. Zaključna naloga analizira geografske in demografske vidike samomorilskega terorizma ter motive za izvedbo tega dejanja.

Title:Career model of air defence members
Abstract:Strategically safety environment of Republic of Slovenia all more quickly changes. Instability threats and risk, that from this be published introduce main challenge of global safety, with this also of safety of Republic of Slovenia. Meaning of classical military treats is reducing otherwise, it is not possible fully also to run off then in long run. Classical military shapes of threats of Republic of Slovenia of all are making up for modernness of shape of endangering of safety more. Features of %modern shapes% of threatening are main of asymmetrical of activity, complexity, trans national character, diversity and indeterminable of structures, all larger degree of organization of dangerous social groups and their skill in use of contemporary communications. Section S-2 does of important task, number of increases perceptibility in process of planning of activities and operations of crisis responding.
