Abstract:	Tako kot celotna SV se bo tudi Letalska šola SV transformirala s ciljem optimizacije dela ter ohranjanjem in izboljšanjem kvalitete opravljenega dela ter optimalnega delovanja načrtovanih operativnih zmogljivosti enote. Pojavlja se več idej o načinu izvedbe transformacije. Ena od idej predlaga delitev Letalske šole (v nadaljevanju LETŠ) na šolski in operativni del ter na ta način zagotoviti izboljšanje operativnih zmogljivosti teh enot. Druga od idej pa, zaradi pomanjkanja specialističnega kadra predlaga, da LETŠ ostane v sedanji obliki z določeno spremembo v organizaciji. V nalogi bom poskusil narediti analizo obeh predlogov in podati način optimalne izvedbe transformacije.
