Abstract:	Razvoj vsake organizacije je težak in zapleten proces. Transformacija Slovenske vojske ni nobena izjema pri tem. Transformacija Slovenske vojske zahteva spremembo posameznih obstoječih konceptov delovanja vojske, kot tudi razvoj novih konceptov za dosego končnih ciljev transformacije. Analitična metoda kakovostnega ovrednotenja konceptov ali konceptualnih dokumentov imenovana Razvoj konceptov z igro vrednotenja v fazi eksperimentiranja ponuja podporo razvoju konceptov, saj z edinstvenim postopkom vrednotenja primernosti koncepta in analizo dobljenih podatkov z nizkimi stroški potrdi ali ovrže primernost novo razvitega koncepta, preden le ta preide v operativno uporabo in v primeru neustreznosti koncepta povzroči neprimerno večje stroške, kot so bili stroški izvedbe eksperimenta. Razvoj konceptov z igro vrednotenja je v svetu vedno večje konkurence standard v uspešnih podjetjih.

Title:	Concept development assessment game
Abstract:	The development of any organization is a difficult and complex process. Transformation of the Slovenian Armed Forces is no exception to this. Transformation of the Slovenian Armed Forces requires change of several existing concepts of military operations, as well as the development of new concepts in order to achieve the ultimate goals of transformation. Analytical method for quality evaluation of concepts or conceptual documents called Concept development and assessment game & experimentation provides support for the development of concepts, because of the unique suitability of the concept evaluation process and analysis of the data obtained with low-cost support or refute the suitability of the newly developed concept before they transform into operational use and in case of inadequacy of the concept of cause much higher costs than the cost of execution of the experiment. The Concept development and assessment game & experimentation is in the world of increasing competition standard in successful companies.
