Title:Varnostna politika pri povezovanju internega omrežja Slovenske vojske z javnim omrežjem : zaključna naloga

Abstract:Ministrstvo za obrambo (v nadaljevanju MO) ima zgrajeno obstoječe zasebno podatkovno omrežje MO INTRANET, akreditirano za kreiranje, obdelavo in hranjenje podatkov stopnje tajnosti INTERNO. Slovenska vojska (v nadaljevanju SV) je souporabnik in koristnik tega podatkovnega omrežja. Navedeno podatkovno omrežje koristi za zagotavljanje informacijskih storitev za podporo in izvajanje bojnega delovanja, ki se začne na ravni oddelka ali vozila (8x8 Svarun, 6x6, ...) ter se zaključi v združenem operativnem centru SV (v nadaljevanju ZOC SV). Sedanja organiziranost zasebnega podatkovnega omrežja, za komuniciranje z globalnim omrežjem INTERNET, uporablja omrežje PUB, ki je fizično ločeno od zasebnega podatkovnega omrežja. V prihodnosti želimo povezati zasebno omrežje z javnim omrežjem, kar bo pa pomenilo povečanje nevarnosti in znižanje nivoja varnosti v MO INTRANET. Povezovanje internega omrežja MO INTRANET z javnim omrežjem mora omogočiti zanesljivo implementacijo varnostnih zahtev, preprosto spreminjanje trenutnega nabora informacijskih storitev, preprosto upravljanje s storitvami, učinkovito odkrivanje in preprečevanje dogodkov ter incidentov s področja informacijske varnosti z obveščanjem in alarmiranjem o le-teh, preprosto upravljanje z varnostnimi dogodki ali incidenti ter hranjenje podatkov o varnostnih dogodkih ali incidentih. Predvsem pa je potrebno omogočiti zaščito uporabnikov, podatkov in storitev.. Zaključna naloga je sestavljena iz treh delov. V prvem delu naloge bom podal teoretična izhodišča o računalniških omrežjih, zaščito omrežij ter možne vdore v sistem. V osrednjem delu naloge bom predstavil zamisel kaj je novega v odnosu na obstoječi sistem s podajo predloga/ideje za reševanje problema varnosti v podatkovnem omrežju SV na taktični ravni in obrazložitvijo rešitve zagotavljanja informacijske varnosti pri povezovanju MO INTRANET s PUB omrežjem. V zaključnem delu svoje naloge bom podal povzetek naloge in zaključek s potrjevanjem hipotez.

Abstract:Ministry of Defence (MO) has constructed the existing private data network MO INTRANET, accredited for creating, processing and storing information classified RESTRICTED. Slovenian Armed Forces (SV) is a co-user and beneficiary of this network data. That data network SV benefit for the provision of information support services and implementation of combat operations, which begins at the level of squad or vehicle (Svarun 8x8, 6x6, ...) and ends in Joint Operations Center SV (ZOC SV). For communication with the global INTERNET present organization of private data network, uses the network PUB, which is physically separated from the private data network. In the future, we want to connect private network to a public network, which will increase risk and reduced the level of security in MO INTRANET. Connecting internal network MO INTRANET to a public network should allow: reliable implementation of security requirements, simply changing the current set of information services, easy management services, effective detection and prevention of information security events and incidents with notification and warning, easy management of security events or incidents and storing security events or incidents information. Above all, it is necessary to enable the protection of users, data and services% This final paper is composed of three parts. In the first part, I will give theoretical foundations of computer networks, network security and possible network intrusion. In the central part of the thesis I presented the idea of what is new in relation to the existing system to make a proposal / idea to solve the problem of security in a data network SV at the tactical level and solutions to ensure information security when connecting MO INTRANET to the PUB network. In the final part I will give a summary and completion with the hypothesis certification.
