Abstract:Trenutno je v Slovenski vojski največji projekt profesionalizacija Slovenske vojske, ki se bo končal v letu 2010. Zaradi obsežnosti samega projekta je bil le-ta razdeljen v več podprojektov. Med zanimivejšimi je projekt, ki se ukvarja z ukrepi za izbor ustreznega kadra za poklicne vojake. Njegova naloga pa je za Slovensko vojsko zagotoviti zadovoljivo število primernega kadra, za kar je potreben dober selekcijski postopek. Osrednji del moje zaključne nalogeopisuje dela in naloge ter postopke Oddelek za selekcijo Urada za vojaške zadeve, ki opravlja selekcijo človeških virov za Slovensko vojsko v sodelovanju z Upravami za obrambo in izpelje vse naloge selekcije novega kadraza zaposlitev, pogodbeno rezervo in prostovoljno služenje vojaškega roka.

Abstract:Currently, the largest Slovenian army project is professionalizing the Slovenian Armed Forces, which will be ended in 2010. This project was too comprehensive, and it was divided into the several subprojects. Among all projects it is the more interesting the project, which deals with measures forthe selection of the appropriate personnel for professional soldiers. Its mission is to ensure the sufficient number of appropriate staff for Slovenian army, which requires a good selection process. The central part of my final composition describes the work, tasks, and procedures of the Department of selection of the Military affairs, which performs the selection of human resources for the Slovenian Army, in cooperation with the Defense administration and carries out all tasks of selection for new employers, the contract reserve and voluntary military service.
