| Language: | English | Abstract: | Culture is not static but is changing over the time. On cultural changes affects a whole range of processes and factors which to a greater or lesser extent, cause cultural changes. These processes and factors do not effect on changing the culture independently, but through the complex inter-connections. Some time ago, technological progress had the greatest impact, today we can say that this place is occupied by globalization. On changing the culture affects also the process of urbanization, commercialization, migration, education and many social and economic factors. Between society and culture, as its important element, there is a complex relationship. Because a military organization is a subsystem of a wider social system, it reflects the overall culture of the society and thus the cultural changes are reflected in the military organization.
