Abstract:	Diplomsko nalogo s tematiko vzdrževanja MS sem si izbral predvsem zaradi svojega predznanja na področju logistike, točneje po funkcijskem področju vzdrževanja MS, in jo razdelil na 3 dele. V prvem opisujem splošni pomen vzdrževanja MS, v drugem se posvečam vzdrževanju MS v SV pred preoblikovanjem in v tretjem pa po preoblikovanju SV 2013. Na koncu diplomske naloge je še zaključek oz. moje mnenje in ugotovitve o vplivu preoblikovanja na vzdrževanje MS v SV. V diplomski nalogi niso zajeta specifična MS, kot so mornariška in letalska MS SV.

Abstract:	The Thesis is a product of my extensive knowledge and experiences in the Slovenian Armyʼs logistic, specifically in the field of maintenance. Three parts of the thesis looks at the overview of the maintenance system and the meaning of the proper maintenance. The thesis continues with the transformation process in the Slovenian Armed forces and its implications on the maintenance system in second and third part. Second part looks at the maintenance system before the transformation while the third defines the new outlook of the maintenance system in the Slovenian Armed Forces. The conclusion of the thesis provide the author%s overview of the impact of the transformation on the maintenance. The Thesis excludes maintenance in other branches as in the Navy or the Air Force.
