Intelligence, counter-intelligence and security preparation of the Slovenian Armed Forces before going abroad is carried out in order to ensure the safety of the Slovenian Armed Forces abroad, intelligence gathering and prevention of leakage of our data and information. Preparations before departure our law practice does not address their implementation of regulations (directives, SOPs, regulations, instructions) inthe Slovenian Army. Execution of intelligence, counter-intelligence securitypreparations is well supported by documents and other material. In thepractical realization of the preparations before departure Slovenian members of the military in foreign countries come to certain deficiencies. In order to improve the situation in this area, I have proposed measures to address identified weaknesses. Intelligence, counter-intelligence safety equipment before leaving the Slovenian Armed Forces abroad is on the whole performed well. Possible, necessary, although some changes - improvements in this area.
