Title:Logistika organov varnosti pri napadu v Oslu in na Utoyi 22. julija 2011 : študija primera

Abstract:Terorizem je velik problem sodobne civilizacije. Dne, 22. julija 2011, je Norveška doživela 2 teroristična napada. Prvi, bombni napad se je zgodil v Oslu pred vladno stavbo. Drugi napad pa je bil v mladinskem kampu na otoku Utoya v bližini Osla. V obeh napadih je umrlo 77 ljudi. Zaradi napadov je bil aretiran Anders Behring Breivik. V nadaljevanju bomo raziskali mnenja petih posameznikov o pripravljenosti slovenskih organov varnosti na takšen napad, saj lahko do takšnega napada pride kjerkoli na svetu.. Kot metodo raziskovanja smo izbrali intervju, ker se je zdel najprimernejši za raziskavo pri tako majhnem vzorcu. Intervju bo izpeljan s po enim civilistom, policistom, politikom, strokovnjakom za terorizem in vojakom. Ali lahko rečemo, da smo varni v Sloveniji, da so naši organi varnosti vedno dobro pripravljeni? Ali je sploh kdo kdaj popolnoma pripravljen na reakcijo v terorističnem napadu? Ali je človek sposoben trezno reagirati v času panike?

Title:Logistic of security bodies in the attack in Oslo and Utoya on July 22 2011 - case study
Abstract:A major concern of a modern civilisation is terrorism. On July 22 2011, Norway has experienced two terrorist attacks. The first one was a bombing in Oslo near government buildings. The second attack took place on the island of Utoya, near Oslo, during a youth camp. Both attacks resulted in 77 deaths. Anders Behring Breivik was arrested for the attacks. Hereafter we explore the opinions of five individuals on the preperation of slovenian secutity bodies in case of such an attack happening in Slovenia, as it could accure anywhere in the world. We chose an interwiev as a method of research because it seemed the most appropriate for the research in such a small sample. The interview will be carried out with a civilian, police officer, politician, expert on terrorism and soldier. Can we say that we are safe in Slovenia, that our security bodies are always well prepared? Is anyone ever ready for full reaction to the terrorist attack? Is man capable of soberly reacting in time of panic?
