Abstract:Motivacija je med najpomembnejšimi psihološkimi procesi. Motiviranje zaposlenih je eden izmed ključnih mehanizmov, ki ga morajo vodilni v organizacijah ves čas nadgrajevati, saj je bistvenega pomena za uspešen potek delovnega procesa. Motiviran posameznik je bolj zadovoljen z delom in pri deludosega boljše rezultate od nemotiviranega. Vendar pa motiviranje zaposlenih ni preprosta naloga, zlasti v organizacijah javnega sektorja. Zato je v takšnem okolju za uspešno motiviranje še bolj pomembno, da vodja prepoznapotrebe in želje zaposlenega, ker ga bo le na ta način primerno motiviral. Ljudje imamo različne motive, zakaj sploh delamo. Nekateri delajo zgolj zato, da bi si priskrbeli materialna sredstva za življenje, drugi pa pričakujejo tudi osebnostno in intelektualno rast na delovnem mestu. Nadrejeni mora izbrati tak motivacijski dejavnik, ki bo izboljšal motivacijo ins tem bojno pripravljenost v Slovenski vojski.

Motivating of the employees is one of the key mechanism, which must be upgrated in the organisation all the time by the management. It is namely crucial meaning for a successful course of working process. The motivated individual is more satisfied with the work and he achieves better results thanthe unmotivated. However, the motivaton of staff is no easy task, particularly in public sector organizations. In this kindof an environment it is even more important for the leader to recognize the needs and wishes of the employees in order to properly motivate them. People have different motivesfor work. Some work solely in order to secure themselves the material means of life, while others expect personal and intellectual growth.Keywords:motivation, motiv, motivation theories, motivating of the employees, Sloveni anarmy
