Abstract:Geopolitične spremembe, tehnološke inovacije, demografski premiki, trajnostne zahteve, digitalni in zeleni prehod, spremembe in izzivi v načinu dela, napovedi o izgubi in avtomatizaciji obstoječih delovnih mest idr. dejavniki precej spreminjajo profile nalog ter zahteve po znanju oziroma spretnostih. Na podlagi navedenega se poglobljeno iščejo obetavne rešitve ter inovativni pristopi za hitrejše izkoriščanje priložnosti vseživljenjskega učenja ter kariernega razvoja, ki vodijo do izboljšanja specifičnih kompetenc in lahko učinkovito premostijo vrzeli v spretnostih zaposlenih v organizaciji. Ena izmed takšnih rešitev oziroma perspektiv so mikrodokazila. Namen prispevka je predstaviti potencial in ugotoviti perspektivo mikrodokazil v Sloveniji in Slovenski vojski. Prispevek predstavi pristope za uveljavitev ter možnost implementacije in priznavanja mikrodokazil, ki v Sloveniji še nimajo ustrezne zakonske podlage, a se ta napoveduje kmalu. V Slovenski vojski so se mikrodokazila, med drugim, proučevala v okviru raziskovalnega projekta VoKa (Vojaška kariera, utemeljena na vojaških vedah), ki je v obdobju od leta 2023 do 2025 potekal v okviru ciljnega raziskovalnega programa. Njegovi zaključki predvidevajo pilotno izvedbo krajših oblik izobraževanja za pridobitev mikrodokazil. V Slovenski vojski so mikrodokazila že nakazana v najvišjem razvojno-usmerjevalnem načrtovalskem dokumentu, Resoluciji o splošnem dolgoročnem programu razvoja in opremljanja Slovenske vojske do leta 2040, zato se njihovo priznavanje zdi realen obet.

Language:EnglishTitle:The potential and perspective of micro-credentials in Slovenia and the Slovenian Armed ForcesAbstract:Geopolitical change, technological innovation, demographic transitions, sustainability requirements, the digital and green transition, changes and challenges in work methods, job loss predictions, and the automation of existing jobs, among other things, are factors which are significantly changing the profiles of tasks and the skills required. Against this background, promising solutions and innovative approaches are being explored to accelerate the embrace of lifelong learning and career development opportunities which lead to improvements in specific competences, and can effectively bridge the skills gaps of employees in the organization. One such solution or perspective is micro-credentials. The aim of this paper is to present the potential and to identify the perspective of microcredentials in Slovenia and the Slovenian Armed Forces. The paper presents approaches to micro-credentials and the possibility of their implementation and recognition. Micro-credentials in Slovenia do not yet have an appropriate legal basis, but it is expected soon. In the Slovenian Armed Forces, micro-credentials have been studied, among other things, within the framework of the VoKa (Military Science-Based Military Career) research project, which was carried out in 2023-2025 within the framework of a targeted research programme. Its conclusions on micro-credentials show the relevance of the piloting of shorter forms of training for the acquisition of micro-credentials. In the Slovenian Armed Forces, micro-credentials are already integrated in the highest development and guidance planning document, the Resolution on the Overall Long-term Programme for the Development and Equipping of the Slovenian Armed Forces up to 2040, so their recognition seems to offer a realistic prospect.Keywords:micro-credentials, lifelong learning, skills, specific competences
