Abstract:	Raziskovalna naloga preučuje proces vodenja v vojaških organizacijah ter skozi analizo poskuša odkriti obstoj razlik med vojaškim vodenjem v miru in vojaškim vodenjem v boju. Skozi pregled strokovne in družboslovne domače in tuje literature definira osnovne pojme, povezane z obravnavano tematiko. Poudarek je na vodstvenih lastnostih, ki so neločljivo povezane z osebnostnimi lastnostmi vodje, in ki vplivajo na učinkovitost in uspešnost vodenja. V prvem sklopu zaključne naloge je bilo po analizi strokovne in družboslovne literature ugotovljeno, da obstajajo manjše razlike med bojnimi in mirnodobnimi vodjami. Na podlagi tega smo pripravili predloge, kako le-te zmanjšati. V drugem sklopu zaključne naloge smo povzeli ključne ugotovitve ter podali predloge za izboljšave na področju vodenja v SV.

Language:	English	Abstract:	The research paper examines the process of leadership in military organizations and, through analysis, attempts to detect the existence of differences between military leadership in peace and military leadership in combat. Through the examination of professional and social sciences, it defines the basic term associated with the main topic. The emphasis is on leadership qualities that are inseparably connected to the personality traits of the leader and which affect on efficiency and effectiveness of leadership. In the first part of the research paper, after analysing professional and social literature, it was found that there are minor differences between combat and peaceful leaders. Based on that finding we have prepared some proposals for reduce that differences. In the second part of the research paper, we have summarised the key findings and made proposals for improvements in the leadership in SV.
