Abstract:	Sistem poveljevanja in kontrole PINK obsega postopke, organizacijo, kadre, sredstva, objekte in komunikacije za podporo izvajanja funkcije PINK. Sistem poveljevanja in kontrole mora poveljniku v bojnih delovanjih zagotavljati učinkovitost in hitrost pri obvladovanju sprememb. Poveljniško mesto je element sistema poveljevanja in kontrole in element bojne razporeditve enote, ki se organizira v pripravah in izvedbi delovanj z namenom učinkovitega izvajanja procesov delovanj in izvajanjem kontrolne funkcije. Poveljniško mesto mora vsebovati elemente, ki podpirajo delovanje oz. zagotavljajo optimalne pogoje za delovanje poveljstva. Za opravljanje funkcij poveljevanja se poveljstva organizirajo v štab. Štab je notranja organizacijska enota poveljstev z namenom opravljanja nalog načrtovanja, organiziranja, vodenja, kontrole ter priprava dokumentov. Štab se organizira glede na poslanstvo enote ali na podlagi funkcijskih področij po načelu štabne organizacije s funkcijskimi področji.

Abstract:	The system of command and control (C2) comprises procedures, organization, personnel, assets, facilities and communications to support the implementation of the functions of C2. The system of command and control must support commander in combat operations to ensure efficiency and speed in the management of change. Command post is an element of command and control and element of the combat units deployment that are organized in the preparation and execution of operations with purpose to the effective implementation of control processes. Command post should have the elements that support the functioning respectively or providing optimal conditions for the operation of the command-staff. To perform these functions the command headquarters are organized in the sections. Headquarter is internal organizational unit perform the functions of planning, organization, management, control and document preparation. Headquarter is organized according to the mission of the unit on the basis of functional areas
