Abstract:Diplomsko delo se loteva postopka izbora najprimernejših kandidatk in kandidatov za šolanje na Šoli za častnike Slovenske vojske. Izbor je zapleten proces, saj le pravilno izbran in usposobljen častniški kader zagotavlja kvalitetno delo v Slovenski vojski in hkrati dviguje njen ugled doma in po svetu. Cilj naloge je razvrstitev in izbor najprimernejših kandidatov, ki sodelujejo na selekciji in bodo napoteni na šolanje v Šolo za častnike. Problem smo rešili z izgradnjo modela za večparametrsko odločanje. Odločitveni model je predstavljen z izbranimi kriteriji, ki so najbolj pomembni za končno oceno in razvrstitev kandidatov. Pri modeliranju večparametrskega modela smo uporabili metodo za večparamtrsko odločanje Kepner-Tregoe, katero smo prenesli v elektronsko preglednico programa MS Excel. Odločitveni model za ocenjevanje častnikov Slovenske vojske omogoča vrednotenje in analizo končnih ocen ter s tem izbor najprimernejših kandidatov. Za preizkus pravilnosti delovanja modela smo izvedli "kaj-če" analizo.

Language:EnglishAbstract:Thesis addresses the most appropriate selection process of candidates for training at the Officer candidate school of the Slovenian Army. The selection process is complex, since only properly selected and trained staff officers provide quality work in the Slovenian Armed Forces, while raising its profile at home and abroad. The objective function is the most appropriate classification and selection of candidates taking part in the selection and will be posted on the Officer candidate school. The problem was solved by building a model for multi-attribute decision making. Decision model is presented with selected criteria that are the most important for the final evaluation and ranking of candidates. In modelling we used multiparametric model for multi-attribute decision making method Kepner-Tregoe, witch was transferred into an electronic spreadsheet program MS Excel. Decision model for assessing the Slovenian army officers allow evaluation and analysis of the final grade as well as the selection of the most suitable candidates. To test the accuracy of the model was carried out "what-if" analysis.
