On behalf of all 29 Allies, NATO will operate and maintain a system with the core of which will be five unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) RQ-4B Global Hawk block 40. The UAV's vehicles will operate from the Sigonella Air Base, where the support elements will be stationed. UAV Global Hawk (GH) aircraft will also use Slovenian airspace used by manned aircraft and other airspace users. Although the basic idea is that the system meets all the requirements and procedures that are being carried out, similar to that of a manned aircraft, it is nevertheless necessary to adapt civil and military legislation even before the integration of the new system in order to ensure airspace safety. Keywords:AGS, global hawk, ground surveillance, control, mission
