Abstract:	Motivirani in strokovno usposobljeni pripadniki, pripravljeni za prevzemanje odgovornosti pri doseganju ciljev Slovenske vojske v nacionalnem in mednarodnem okolju, predstavljajo enega izmed ključnih elementov, ki je potreben za obstoj in razvoj rodu zračne obrambe. Zaključna naloga obsega predstavitev kariernega modela z vključenim sistemom napredovanja za vojake, podčastnike in častnike rodu zračne obrambe v Slovenski vojski, kriteriji za vstop v model, razvoj kariere in pridobljene kompetence za delo po izstopu iz modela. Izhodišča za izdelavo modela predstavljajo predlogi organizacijske strukture SV po transformaciji, formacije baterijske skupine lahke zračne obrambe in organov zračne obrambe v strukturi Slovenske vojske.
