Abstract:Motivirani in strokovno usposobljeni pripadniki, pripravljeni za prevzemanje odgovornosti pri doseganju ciljev Slovenske vojske v nacionalnem in mednarodnem okolju, predstavljajo enega izmed ključnih elementov, ki je potreben za obstoj in razvoj rodu zračne obrambe. Zaključna naloga obsega predstavitev kariernega modela z vključenim sistemom napredovanja za vojake, podčastnike in častnike rodu zračne obrambe v Slovenski vojski, kriteriji za vstop v model, razvoj kariere in pridobljene kompetence za delo po izstopu iz modela. Izhodišča za izdelavo modela predstavljajo predlogi organizacijske strukture SV po transformaciji, formacije baterijske skupine lahke zračne obrambe in organov zračne obrambe v strukturi Slovenske vojske.

Title:Career model of air defence members
Abstract:One of the key elements necessary for the existence and development of the air defense branch are motivated and qualified members willing to take responsibility for achieving the objectives of the Slovenian Armed Forces in the national and international environment. In final thesis is shown career model with system of progression for soldiers, NCOs and officers of air defense branch in the Slovenian Armed Forces with criteria%s for entry into the model, career development and competencies acquired to work off the model. Platforms for development of the model represent the proposals of Slovenian Armed Forces organizational structure after the transformation, formation of light air defense battery group and air defense bodies in the structure of the Slovenian Armed Forces.
