Abstract:V prvem delu naloge so analizirani zakoni in predpisi, na katerih temelji uporaba rezervne sestave.

Language:EnglishAbstract:In the first part of my task, I analyzed the laws and regulations on which theuse of the reserve is built. In the second part, I compared the situation of voluntary contractual reserve force in the different European countries andthe USA. With the state analysis, I demonstrated that the use of Voluntary contractual reserve force (in additional PPRS) on crisis response operations (sl. OKO) is the standard practice in these randomly selected countries. The following article shows state of PPRS in Slovenia. The analysis showed that the situation in Slovenia is almost identical to both, the old Europe states and new members.
