Abstract:Mednarodno običajno pravo določa, da država, ki je z drugo državo ali državamiv vojni, lahko na morju prepreči oskrbovanje s stvarmi, ki se lahko uporabljajo v vojne namene. Pomorska blokada se je kot metoda oslabitve nasprotnika uporabljala že v starodavnih časih in še danes ostaja uspešna v omejenih vojaških konfliktih in je edini način kako nasprotnika z omejitvijo uvoza in izvoza prisiliti, da preneha z vojaškim konfliktom. Vendar mora biti zakonita. V nalogi so predstavljeni pravni okviri, v katerih se znajde tudi pomorska blokada kot metoda bojevanja na morju. Moj namen pa je bil predvsem poiskati pravni vidik pomorske blokade, ki bi bil uporaben za Slovenijo v primeru, da bi sodelovali pri izvajanju blokade pri nas ali na tujem.
