Abstract:	Slovenska vojska spada pod okrilje ministrstva za obrambo. Sredstva, s katerimi razpolaga za posodabljanje opreme ter razvoj, črpa iz proračuna. Finančna kriza, s katero se sooča svetovno gospodarstvo, je prizadela tudi Slovenijo. Posledica tega je zmanjšanje finančnih sredstev, namenjenih ministrstvu za obrambo. Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz dveh delov. V prvem delu smo zajeli teoretične osnove o cestnem prometu in razčlenili Slovensko vojsko. V drugem delu smo opisali težave, s katerimi se srečujemo v Slovenski vojski, kot tudi navedli konkretne rešitve za njihovo odpravo. Zadani cilji diplomske naloge so uresničljivi, saj imamo vso potrebno infrastrukturo že zgrajeno na primerni lokaciji.
