Abstract:	V zaključni nalogi so predstavljeni postopki vozil pri premagovanju zahtevnihterenskih pogojev in prikazani najustreznejši načini premagovanja različnih ovir, s katerimi se srečujejo vozniki pri vožnji po brezpotju. Prikazane so tehnike premagovanja ovir, katerih poznavanje je konec koncev odločilni dejavnik za ohranjanje nadzora nad samim vozilom v težjih terenskihrazmerah. Predstavljene so tudi splošne značilnosti terenskih vozil ter dejavniki, ki vplivajo na uporabo bojnih in nebojnih vozil v različnih pogojih. Specifično se opredelim na kolesna oklepna vozila in predstavim vozili LKOV Valuk 66 ter SKOV Patria 88. Slednje se izkaže kot vozilo, ki zaradi izpolnjevanja smernic razvoja, ki jih morajo danes dosegati kolesna oklepna bojna vozila, uspešno združuje tehnologijo prihodnosti z vojaško taktičnimi zahtevami.

The techniques of surmounting various obstacles are presented which knowledge is in the long runthe key factor to keep control over the vehicle in difficult terrain conditions. General characteristics of terrain vehicles are presented as well as the factors which affect the use of combat and support vehicles in various conditions. The paper specifically focuses on wheeled armoured vehicles and presents the vehicles LAV Valuk 6X6 and SKOV Patria 8x8. The latter proves as a vehicle which due to its fulfillment of developmental directives that nowadays wheeled armoured combat vehicles need to achieve, successfully combines the technology of future together with the military tactical requirements.
