Abstract:	Potrebe in zahteve v vzdrževalnem procesu zrakoplovov SV so vzpodbudile pristojne organe ministrstva k sklepanju generalnih komisijskih pogodb, katere je ministrstvo za obrambo sklenilo s posameznimi komisionarji, pravnimi subjekti v R Sloveniji, v katerih je opredeljeno vzdrževanje posameznih tipov zrakoplovov, opreme ali dodatne opreme, ki je vgrajena na zrakoplovih Slovenske vojske ( v nadaljevanju SV). Potrebno je razmisliti o uporabi direktnih pogodb med Ministrstvom za obrambo in posameznimi zunanjimi izvajalci. Sedaj poteka preko komisijskih pogodb, kjer je ministrstvo naročnik, izvajalec pa je reprezentativno podjetje v Sloveniji, ki je v osnovi samo posrednik pri oddaji naročila nabave oziroma naročila storitve.
