Title:Motiviranje pripadnikov (človeških virov) 157. logističnega bataljona : zaključna naloga

Abstract:Pri iskanju motivov, zakaj ljudje delajo, ni enotnega odgovora, ker so velike razlike med posamezniki in dejavniki, ki vplivajo na motiviranje. Motiviranje zaposlenih je pomembno tako za posameznike kot za organizacijo, ki ji pripadajo. Obstaja več dejavnikov s katerimi vplivamo na motiviranje, med pomembnejše dejavnika spadata tudi nagrada in kazen. Motiviranje človeških virov je pomembno za uspešno delovanje in razvoj 157. logističnega bataljona, zato sem ga v nalogi obravnaval in iskal boljše rešitve na tem področju. Proučil sem nematerialne in materialne načine motiviranja in ugotovil, da bi bilo področje motiviranja pripadnikov 157. logističnega bataljona treba izboljšati. Anketa je pokazala, da pri pripadnikih naše enote ni na prvem mestu denar, plačilo za delo, ampak so najpomembnejši odnosi v kolektivu. Treba bi bilo doseči večjo težo priznanj in ureditev karierne poti za motiviranje zaposlenih ter izboljšati motivacijski vpliv plačnega sistema z njegovimi spremembami. Možnosti 157. logističnega bataljona za motiviranje svojih pripadnikov so zelo omejene in velika težava v povezavi s tem je, da nanivoju SV ni zavedanja o pomembnosti sistema motiviranja svojih pripadnikov ter sistemskega dela na tem področju.

Abstract:When searching for motives why people work there is no unike answar, becouse there are big differences between individuals and factors that affect motivation. Motivating employees in very important for individuals and the organization as well. There are a lot of factors that can affect motivation but the main motivating factors are rewards and punishments. Motivation of human resources in very important according to successful operation and progress of 157.logistic battalion and that is the main reason why I chose this theme for my research and I tried to find out better solutions and suggested some improvements. I studied financial and non-financial ways for motivating. Final result of this research is that the motivating employees of 157.logistic battalion has to be improved. Wage is not the most important motivating factor but relations between coworkers. Personally l think that some steps should be taken to improve career planning and wage system. Possibilities for motivation of 157.logistic battalion are very limited and the leading management of Slovene army is not aware about importance of motivating system and systematic acts on this area.
