Abstract:Obveščevalna zagotovitev je eden od ključnih dejavnikov za zagotavljanje zmožnosti za delovanje enot SV. Vojaška obveščevalna dejavnost z zagotavljanjem obveščevalnih podatkov podpira procese načrtovanja, odločanja in delovanja na vse ravneh vodenja in poveljevanja. Delovanje Slovenske vojske bo še naprej usmerjeno v odzivne sile Nata in EU ter za sodelovanje v mednarodnih operacijah in misijah. Transformacija Slovenske vojske predvideva tudi nadaljevanje procesov preoblikovanja vojaške obveščevalne dejavnosti, ki so se začeli ob procesih vključevanja predvsem pa po vstopu v zavezništva Republike Slovenije (RS), v NATO in EU. Takrat se je morala vojaška obveščevalna dejavnost prilagoditi novim razmeram in potrebam, predvsem pa obveščevalni podpori delovanja SV izven nacionalnega ozemlja. Spremembe, ki se obetajo pa ne smejo biti samo organizacijske narave. Potrebno bo narediti korak naprej v smeri optimizacije sistema obveščevalne zagotovitve, učinkovitega upravljanja virov, razvoja znanja in procesne organiziranosti.

Abstract:Intelligence is one of the key factors to ensure the ability to operate the SAF. By providing key intelligence to support planning processes, decision-making and action at all levels of command and control. Operation of the Slovenian Armed Forces will continue to focus on NATO Response Force and the EU and to participate in international operations and missions. Transformation of the Slovenian Army also provides continuing transformation processes of military intelligence, who have started the process of integration especially after joining the Alliance of the Republic of Slovenia (RS), NATO and the EU, when it had intelligence to adapt to new conditions and needs, especially intelligence support of Slovenian Army outside the national territory. Operations of the Slovenian Armed Forces will continue to focus on NATO and EU Response Force and to participate in international operations and missions. Transformation of the Slovenian Armed Forces also provides continuing transformation processes of military intelligence. Those processes started before, but really start to flourished after Republic of Slovenia (RS) joining to the NATO and EU. At that point military intelligence had to adapt to new conditions and needs, especially to the intelligence support of military units operated outside of the national territory. The future changes should not to be limited only on the organizational side. They must make a step forward towards providing resources, skills development and process organization.
