Title:Kulturne spremembe 21. stoletje in njihov vpliv na vojaško organizacijo : zaključna naloga

Abstract:Kultura ni nespremenljiva temveč se skozi čas spreminja. Na spreminjanje kulture vpliva cela vrsta procesov in dejavnikov, ki v večji ali manjši meri povzročajo kulturne spremembe. Ti procesi in dejavniki pa ne učinkujejo na spreminjanje kulture neodvisno, temveč preko medsebojnih kompleksnih povezav. Pred časom je imel tehnološki napredek največji vpliv, danes pa lahko rečemo, da to mesto zavzema globalizacija. Na spreminjanje kulture pa poleg globalizacije vpliva tudi proces urbanizacije, komercializacija, migracije, izobraževanje ter cela vrsta socialnih in ekonomskih dejavnikov. Med družbo in kulturo, kot njenim pomembnim elementom obstajajo zapletene povezave. Ker je vojaška organizacija podsistem kompleksnega širšega družbenega sistema se v njej odseva splošna kultura družbe v kateri obstaja in s tem se kulturne spremembe odražajo tudi v vojaški organizaciji. V zaključni nalogi poskušam na podlagi proučenih globalnih trendov in literature osvetliti procese in dejavnike, ki vplivajo na kulturne spremembe, njihove trende in vplive na vojaško organizacijo.

Abstract:Culture is not static but is changing over the time. On cultural changes affects a whole range of processes and factors which to a greater or lesser extent, cause cultural changes. These processes and factors do not effect on changing the culture independently, but through the complex inter-connections. Some time ago, technological progress had the greatest impact, today we can say that this place is occupied by globalization. On changing the culture affects also the process of urbanization, commercialization, migration, education and many social and economic factors. Between society and culture, as its important element, there is a complex relationship. Because a military organization is a subsystem of a wider social system, it reflects the overall culture of the society and thus the cultural changes are reflected in the military organization. Based on examined global trends and literature, in the following text I would like to present processes and factors that influence cultural changes, trends and their effect on the military organization.
