Abstract:Namen tega diplomskega dela je bil predstaviti, kako vpliva vizualno predstavljanje na učenje in izboljšanje motoričnih sposobnosti. Vsi smo sposobni predstavljanja, nekateri zavestno, večina pa si podzavestno zamišlja določena dejanja in dogodke. Torej predstavljanje ni nič novega le naučiti se ga je treba uporabljati tako, da postane naše vsakodnevno orodje pri lajšanju opravljanja naših nalog. S tem se je tudi začelo, z učenjem predstavljanja. Nadaljevalo se je s predstavljanjem točno določenih gibov in zaključilo z merjenjem časov dveh skupin, kontrolne in eksperimentalne, ki sta premagovali poligon s pehotnimi ovirami. Izkazalo se je, da tista skupina, ki je namesto "klasičnega" treninga izvajala mentalni trening s predstavljanjem, je hitreje usvojila določene gibe in bila na prvem in tudi vsakem naslednjem merjenju časa hitrejša.

Language:EnglishAbstract:Motor skills - imagine, learn and improve them. That was the aim of this thesis; how visual imagery affects motor skill learning. We are all capable to imagine things, some people imagine certain deeds and events consciously and most subconsciously. So imagination is nothing new. We just have to learn to use our imagination in a way that it becomes our daily tool in faciliting out task or missions. And this is how we started - with learning how to use imaginiation effectively. We continued with imagination of specific movements and concluded by measuring the times of the two groups, control and experimental, which were overtaking the infantry obstacles. We found out that the group that underwent mental training instead of classical training was faster in acquireing certain movements and was faster in first and all others time periods.Keywords:imagery, visualization, imagination, motor skills, learning, infantry obstacles, mental training
