Abstract:Skozi zgodovino so oborožene vojske velikokrat povzročale škodo in načrtno uničenje kulturne dediščine določene civilizacije. To so velikokrat podpirali vojaški vojskovodje, zaradi maščevanja ali ne spoštovanja določene civilizacije. Tudi druga svetovna vojna je dober pokazatelj teh dejanj. Vojskovanje je pretežno potekalo v urbanih nasljih. Vojaški poveljniki imajo v vojni zelo pomembno vlogo, pri vodenju svojih enot. Prvi pokazatelj je kako imajo usposobljeno in disciplinirano enoto, drugo pa kako vodijo enoto z lastnim zgledom. Vojaški poveljniki in njihovi podrejeni naj bi dobro poznali Mednarodno humanitarno pravo in Haaške konvencije in jih tudi prakticirali v boju. To poveljnik udejani skozi proces poveljevanja, ki zajema tudi funkcijo nadzora in vodenja enote. Pojavi se novi način vodenja enot znan kot "Leadership" Ključno pri tem je usposabljanje vojaških enot na različnih ravneh, za vojake in njihove nadrejene. Samo z dobro usposobljeno vojsko je pravim vodenjem je mogoče dobro vodit enote v boju.

Language:EnglishAbstract:Throughout history, armed armies often cause damage and deliberate destruction of cultural heritage of certain civilizations. These are often supported by military generals, for revenge or out of respect for civilization. Even World War II is a good indicator of such offenses. Warfare is conducted primarily in urban places. Military commanders in the war have a very important role in managing their units. The first indicator is how they have trained and disciplined unit, and the other how to run the unit by example. Military commanders and their subordinates should be familiar with International Humanitarian Law and the Hague Convention, and also practiced in the fight.
