Abstract:	Ministrstvo za obrambo Republike Slovenije (MORS) in Slovenska vojska (SV) imata razvit komunikacijsko informacijski sistem, ki podpira informacijske in komunikacijske storitve za podporo procesov poveljevanja, vodenja in poslovanja oz. IT storitve v MORS in SV. Podporo zagotavlja IT storitev komunikacijsko zagotavlja informacijska hrbtenica (KIH MO/SV), ki z lastnimi in najetimi IP VPN in MPLS ter radiorelejnimi podatkovnimi povezavami povezuje vse lokacije MORS in SV. S transformacijo SV in formiranjem poveljstev brigad vzhod in zahod bodo nastale spremembe v organizaciji in delovanju poveljstev in enot SV. S preučevanjem sedanje strukture in zmogljivosti KIH MO/SV ter predvidenih bodočih potreb sem ugotovil, da sedanja organizacija in struktura KIH MO/SV lahko v zadostni meri podpira tudi bodoče potrebe transformirane SV. Morda bodo potrebne manjše prilagoditve podpore na nivoju strukturiranega ožičenja v posameznih objektih SV. Večjo zanesljivost in žilavost KIH MO/SV je mogoče zagotoviti z uporabo kapacitet funkcionalnih sistemov drugih imetnikov, zlasti Družbe za avtoceste Republike Slovenije (DARS) in Elektra Slovenije (ELES).

Communication and information bone (KIH MO/SV) provide support for IT services with own and leased IP VPN and MPLS data links and also with radio relay links which interconnects all the locations of MOD and Slovenian army. In the process of transformation and forming of brigade commands East and West, there will be some changes in organization and operation of commands and military units. With study of present structure and capabilities of KIH MO/SV and with prediction of future needs I found out, that present structure can support future needs of transformed Slovenian army. Perhaps some minor changes would be needed on the level of structured cabling in some objects. Better reliability and toughness of KIH MO/SV could bee assured with the use of functional capacity of other owners, especially DARS and ELES.
