Title:Logistična podpora procesov vojaškega izobraževanja in usposabljanja v CU : zaključna naloga

Abstract:Generalštab Slovenske vojske (SV) je podal osnovne smernice za transformacijo SV in posledično transformacijo Centra za usposabljanje vojakov. Da ne bi prišlo do motenja ali celo prekinitve izobraževalnih procesov je potrebno načrtno preiti iz stare formacijske organiziranosti v novo. Novi program usposabljanja mora vsebovati potrebna materialna sredstva, ki jih je možno zagotoviti. Velik vpliv na kvaliteten prehod na novo organiziranost procesov vojaškega izobraževanja in usposabljanja ima načrtovalni del logistike, ki mora predvideti zmožnosti logistične podpore. S pravilnim načrtovanjem lahko zagotovimo nemoteno, kvalitetno izvedbo izobraževanja in usposabljanja brez nepotrebnega improviziranja. Stroški usposabljanja morajo biti znani v vseh fazah, z njimi morajo biti seznanjeni tudi izvajalci usposabljanja, ki v določenih primerih edini lahko vplivajo na njih. Kvaliteta logistične podpore je odvisna od zagotovitve sredstev in logističnega kadra, ki podpira procese izobraževanja in usposabljanja. Logistični kader lahko zagotavlja sama izobraževalna enota iz svoje formacijske strukture ali iz drugih podpornih enot.

Abstract:General Staff (SV) has delivered the basic guidelines for the transformation of the SV and the consequent transformation of the Centre for the training of soldiers. To avoid interference or even interruption of the educational processes it is necessary to implement a switch from the old to the new organization they. The new training program must include the necessary material resources which are possible to provide. A great impact on quality transition to the new organization processes of the military education and training has the planning part of the logistics, which must forsee abilities of logistical support. With proper planning, we can ensure a smooth, high-quality implementation of the education and training without unnecessary improvising. The cost of training must be known at all stages with them should be familiar even training providers, which in certain cases are the only ones, that can affect them. The quality of the logistic support is dependent on the provision of funds and logistics staff, which supports the processes of education and training. The logistics staff can be provided by the educational unit in its formation structure or from other support units.
