Abstract:	V naravni svet kopnega, morja in zraka je človeški um prinesel še kibernetski prostor. Zelo hitro je postalo jasno, da bo ta prostor v prihodnosti igral izredno pomembno vlogo tako v vojaškem, gospodarskem, političnem in raziskovalnem smislu. Nagel razvoj komunikacijske in informacijske tehnologijeje pripomogel, da je svet danes med seboj povezan kot še nikoli prej. Svetovni splet je obenem priložnost in nevarnost, odvisno o ciljev in namer posameznika, organizacij in držav. Čedalje več je teženj po prevladi nad kibernetskim prostorom. Odvisnost družbe od storitev v kibernetskem prostoru in vse večji obseg zlorab zahtev tudi ustrezno ukrepanje za zaščito koristi, ki jih storitve v kibernetskem prostoru prinašajo. Ustrezna organizacija centra za kibernetsko obrambo je eden o temeljnih dejavnikov zagotavljanja kibernetske varnosti.

Rapid development of information and communication technologies has helped the world to be interconnected as never before. The World Wide Web is both an opportunity and a risk, depending on the goals and objectives of individuals, organizations and states. More and more is clear that prevalence on the cyberspace become very important. The society depended services in cyberspace and the increasing amount of fraud requirements requires appropriate action to protect the benefits of services. Adequate organization center for cyber defense is one of the key factors to ensure cyber security.
