Abstract:Vojaška infrastruktura je eden izmed pomembnih elementov vojaške zmogljivosti. Zagotavlja bistvene razmere za življenje, delo in usposabljanje pripadnikov ter podporo za delovanje. Izpostavljena je novim sodobnim varnostnim grožnjam in hitremu tehnološkemu razvoju, pri čemer mora poskrbeti za potrebe vojske, biti mora finančno vzdržna in omogočati prihodnji razvoj. Vojska mora vzpostaviti infrastrukturni razvoj, ki bo zagotovil doseganje rezultatov in ohranil odzivnost na spreminjajoče se varnostno okolje ter aktualne težnje. Slovenska vojska je na podlagi analiz in zavedanja glede stanja vojaške infrastrukture, varnostnih groženj ter hitrega tehnološkega razvoja v zadnjem načrtovanem obdobju začela intenzivne procese načrtovanja razvoja in posodobitve vojaške infrastrukture. Cilj tega je stroškovno vzdržna, optimizirana in prilagojena vojaška infrastruktura, ki bo podpirala delovanje Slovenske vojske tako zdaj kot v prihodnosti.

Abstract:Military infrastructure is one of the key elements of military capability. It provides crucial conditions for life, work, training of members and operational support. It is exposed to various new security threats and rapid technological development. In doing so, it must ensure the needs of the army, be financially sustainable and enable future development. The military must establish infrastructure development that will ensure the achievement of results and maintain responsiveness to the changing security environment and current trends. In the last planning period the Slovenian Army started, based on analyses and awareness of the conditions of the military infrastructure and, on security threats and rapid technological development an intense process of planning for the development and modernization of military infrastructure. The goal we want to achieve is a cost-sustainable, optimized and customized military infrastructure, which will be able to support military operations now and in the future.
